At Fabric Of The Universe, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your techwear and streetwear gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
